ping assist not working

i have my ping assist on 35 and im getting players with high pings like 65 120 things like that im playing on fifa 17 befor it use to kick me out so can anybody help

Ping assist works based off the first ping from the target player, FIFA might not use the target player and instead a server (not a fact, i don't know).  So you might want to disable ping assist and just use geofiltering

As above. Also it is still possible to have players within your range that are above that limit. PA only takes effect for outside the radius.
