FifaRob Posted October 6, 2016 Posted October 6, 2016 Hi, I purchased a netduma router today, I've bought it mainly for fifa, I put it in the fifa profile, left the download/upload cap thingy on 70% preemptive - my knowledge on networking etc isn't great but my xbox is now on moderate, i put it in DMZ mode on my bt hub, restarted everything and it still says moderate and i can't connect to my friends parties on the xbox one. Added info that may be irrelevant - I have two ISPs BT and virgin but i use the netduma on BT whereas family use virgin for phones etc
nffcbaz72 Posted October 6, 2016 Posted October 6, 2016 Hi, welcome to the forum. Have you rebooted the router, and hard reset the console? Make sure enable cookies is ticked 1st in settings,misc.
FifaRob Posted October 6, 2016 Author Posted October 6, 2016 I just enabled cookies, tried doing a hard reset on my xbox plus i restarted my bt hub but still on moderate.
nffcbaz72 Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Try unticking upnp, in both routers, and trying again, i have it sometimes also. Have you opened all ports??
