Unfortunately not. 

 

Only one profile can be applied at once. I asked for this feature to be looked into for the new major firmware.

You won't be able to no. As you're both in the same house though you can set the same settings and still make the most of it. If you're asking does that mean one of you is playing CoD, one Destiny for example? 

 

We will make it so you can do this in the next upgrade I believe
