dominican_3niz Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 every test i run i lot diferent why? sometime is ping is bad jitter terrible and spike terrible but then i test it a again with no changes and is good averything but ping ok but then agaoing and is bad wtf>>

I would use ping plotter and find out which scenario is happening and then you can go from there and potentially take the evidence to your ISP if that is the issue that is occurring.

brutus209 Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 Call your ISP and make them fix your line, you are paying for their service. I was having issues and forced them to sort it out. When the tech comes out, make sure you are present, and tell him what you are experiencing. The guy I had come out was totally cool, he re wired my whole line, put in a new box on my house straight from the pole, and directly wired my modem. I now get exactly the speeds I pay for, and low jitter.
