chrispy Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 I got DDoS'd in a gb and im wondering if there is any way i can get proof of that anywhere where it shows that my ip was under attack.
Red Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 There isn't currently a feature on the router that does this. Although it would be a great suggestion to add onto the DumaOS, view all incoming/outgoing packets like Wireshark when any downtime is detected.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 16, 2016 Administrators Posted September 16, 2016 Welcome to the forum! As above ^
abc123 Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 not technically true... If you get DDoS'd or suspect that you are simply call http://r1/cgi-bin/query.sh This will print out all connections incoming and outgoing to all internal devices...enjoy

abc123 Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 of course red, i imagine that is a feature request like you already said. Although Microsoft, Sony, your ISP, the FBI...and anyone else just need the above log. It being more user friendly would just be for us humans.
Red Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Well if it's possible to mitigate a minor DoS/DDoS I would like the ability to blacklist ips that are coming in.
abc123 Posted September 17, 2016 Posted September 17, 2016 Well if it's possible to mitigate a minor DoS/DDoS I would like the ability to blacklist ips that are coming in. that doesn't work, your router has a 600MHz processor and like 128MB of ram...the number of incoming connections during a DDoS is over 20000, and they are all false...blocking is next to impossible with that hardware. My Router has a giant black list tool called snort
