Toe_SNE
Is anybody else having this happen? It's almost every server in europe I try to play on. About 1/2 - 1/3 of the pings to host are like the image attached. Massive spikes, then when you try to temp ban it it takes about 2 mins to do so. Im doing everything I can to avoid playing these games but it's impossible. Right after I see this I run a diagnostic to make sure its not me and it says exceptional... Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 16, 2016 Administrators Share Posted September 16, 2016 Are you trying to do all of this from your phone? On a PC use Chrome to access the interface, do you still see these spikes? Does temp banning still take 2 minutes? Temp ban should be instant if you selected the server you're currently in. The temp ban takes forever if the server ping is really bad for spikes like in the screenshot I posted. If its a reasonable ping result it works straight away, this is honestly every other game now with the ping to servers look like above.

My ps4 is wired to the netduma, in misc settings bleeding edge and auto cloud are ticked. I've tried a factory reset of the netduma to see if solves it. I haven't been on Bo3 tonight only rocket league and the ping to the servers is steady on the netduma like usual. Only seems to happen for BO3
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 19, 2016 Administrators Share Posted September 19, 2016 Can you ensure all cables going into the R1 are plugged in correctly? If they're not fully plugged in they can cause mass spikes like this.
UK_Wildcats_Fans
Also, I was getting weird spikes a while back. I did a factory reset on the Netduma and it started working normally. Since then I found that I get better results with BO3 and PS4 if I reboot the modem and Netduma before I start gaming. You may want to try that.
