Mr.Calmdown Posted September 6, 2016 Posted September 6, 2016 We have internet through xfinity. Our firmware for the Netduma router is 1.03.6h. We have no connection. Our router's model number is DPC3939. We called xfinity and they put the modem (their modem) into bridge mode and we are now unable to connect to any internet connection (wifi or hard line)
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 6, 2016 Administrators Posted September 6, 2016 Hey, welcome to the forum! Power off both your modem and your NETDUMA. Power up the modem and after one minute, power up the NETDUMA.

Plus the wifi light isn't lit on the Netduma If you've reset the router the password will now be "netdumar1". The WiFi light won't appear, that is normal.
