Connection issues

We have internet through xfinity. Our firmware for the Netduma router is 1.03.6h. We have no connection. Our router's model number is DPC3939. We called xfinity and they put the modem (their modem) into bridge mode and we are now unable to connect to any internet connection (wifi or hard line)

Thank you! Now can't get connected to the wifi. The password on my Netduma is saying it's not valid. Plus the wifi light isn't lit on the Netduma

 

If you've reset the router the password will now be "netdumar1". The WiFi light won't appear, that is normal.
