I can't disable vpn

So I'm trying to disable vpn because I keep getting a "error unable to ping check vpn and firewall) even though I haven't got my console added to the exception.. anyway.. when I'm trying to disable vpn it keeps says "failed to communicate with router" and won't let me take it off.. any ideas? Thanks

Reboot and try again

Reboot and it's still doing it.. plus doing that I've discovered the router doesn't beep when rebooting anymore

My mistake.. it just doesn't reboot when entering reboot.. still get the wait a min notification.. but it doesnt actually reboot

You just need to ensure that there are no devices that are ticked that is all. Follow this guide http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000022397-why-can-t-i-ping-for other reasons why you may not be able to ping.

 

If you are not able to reboot properly you may need to do a factory reset from miscellaneous settings. Would recommend saving and exporting a profile beforehand so you do not lose all your settings.
