Ps4 login problem

Hello guys

 

I have a problem signing in my ps4 everytime i get this error nw-31456-9

 

Is this something to do with my duma?

 

I tried to factory reset the duma but same problem

Well ps4 was down yesterday. Tons of reports. Make sure geo filter is off?

Tried both with geo on and off all i get is this error code

That PS error is a... cannot connect to the server with in the time limit error,do you have more than one router in your set up ?

 

If you do...enter your router's page in browser (not the duma) your other router and log in.

Select Advance Menu

Select Firewall settings from menu on left side

Check enable DMZ host

Enter DMZ IP address (your PS4 ID)

Click save settings

 

Connect to internet manually through your PS4 and put your settings...

Subnet Mask

Default Gateway

IP Address

Primary DNS

Secondary DNS

 

This was taken from PSN forums and I guess it has fixed the issue for some people but your milage may vary

If it wasn't working with Geo off then it acts like a normal router. So sounds like you experienced the downtime explained above. Are you still having this issue?
