What does this mean? Modem Event Log

This my modem's event log.  Having to constantly reboot modem.  Need interpretation:

I figured it out.  High Upstream Power Levels.  Now the question is how to fix.

Ah you will need to contact your isp about that. It could be a misbehaving modem needing a firmware update or even a line fault
