PreD.AlieN Posted August 15, 2016 Posted August 15, 2016 Hello Netduma-Team, I got a similar problem like mentioned in this topic:http://forum.netduma.com/topic/10759-hilfe/I didn't tried an update or something - some options in the user-interface like Host Filtering and Congestion Control of the Netduma doesn't load. The 5 dots are loading endless.I already tried an software- & hardware-reset and the unbrick - nothing works for me.Now I can't even enter the user interface in the browser and the internet doesn't work over the Netduma - the modem got an internet-connection.Please help me. PreD.AlieN Posted August 16, 2016 Author Posted August 16, 2016 No solutions...?! I'm using my old router atm because the Netduma R1 doesn't work anymore. Where do I have to send the faulty Netduma R1 to?! I already sent an e-mail to [email protected] - Adam Qureshi told me I get help here...

Did you follow this guide http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000022375-i-unticked-preserve-settings-when-upgrading-can-t-access-my-router-helpafter you were unable to access the interface? Is the WiFi broadcasting? I can take a look if we can't resolve it.
PreD.AlieN Posted August 16, 2016 Author Posted August 16, 2016 It was on the FW 1.03.3 I followed the guide for an unbrick, but after that I can't enter the user-interface anymore. Tried it many times. The Wifi stopped broadcasting at this moment.

If yes and that didn't work then you will have to email regarding a replacement and link them to this thread.

abc123 Posted August 19, 2016 Posted August 19, 2016 Are you being assigned an ip address via with DHCP? if so can you ping the gateway?
