I keep getting dns error and keep getting kick off line. Need help.

Hi, More info is need here , dns error for your console ? ps4 ? Xbox one ? or your pc ?

Or all of the above?

What device is telling you the error?

Have you changed it in the dumas GUI settings and thats where the error is?

 

Have you tried changing your DNS to google's 8.8.8.8. or open dns servers etc?

I've been getting the error on my xbox 360. I haven't changed anything on the duma.

could you tell us the exact error. So the exact wording that appears on your xb360 please, does it have an error code for e.g. ?

Dont remember exactly, but I've been getting two different one's here's one of them 8007274c the other one i cant remember.

Have you tried changing your i.s.p's dns for a reliable one like google or open dns you could try this to see if the issue persits so we can tell if its an isp , xbox or duma issue.

 

I never use my i.s.p's dns its garb.

I'm sorry but I'm not very tech savvy, how would i go about doing this.

The quick way to see is press the xbox button , settings> network settings and in the dns section add

• 8.8.8.8 for your primary
• 8.8.4.4 for your secondary

Dont forget to put the dots between the numbers as above
