RogueAtlasTV Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 I came home from work yesterday to find that my R1 is completely off and not working. It was plugged in to a UPS along with quite a few other things which are all still working. I tried to swap out the power cable for a different one to no avail, and I tried to use a few different outlets. Is there anything I can do to recover it?
maazsk97 Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 Do the lights blink for a second or 2 or does it make any beep sounds when you plug it in?
RogueAtlasTV Posted July 22, 2016 Author Posted July 22, 2016 Nope nothing at all. I tried holding down the reset button, unplugging it, then plugging it back in, and it does nothing.
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted July 22, 2016 Netduma Staff Posted July 22, 2016 Ah, we're sorry to hear that! This definitely seems like a hardware failure; which is fortunately a very rare occurrence. We'll need to arrange a replacement; could you send an email to [email protected] - including within your MAC address on the back of the router and the serial number. (Third row of numbers down, and the last row of numbers down.) We'll take it from there.
