PS4 NETDUMA VPN FAILD NAT TYPE

HI I AM JAYBOSS AND I WOULD LIKE TOO KNOW IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME I PLAY ON THE PS4 I USE MY NETDUMA AND THE VPN 

IT SEEMS WHEN I USE MY VPN LL IS FINE UNTIL I WONDER INTO  A PS4 PARTY WITH MY FRIENDS THEN THE NATTYPE FAILS AND I TEST MY CONNECTION ALL IS GOOD UNTIL I GET TOO MY NAT TYPE IT FAILS IF ANYONE CAN HELP THANK YOU

Have you white listed your friends? If you don't know what that means please do a search on the site and it may answer your question .

Hey, it does sound like you need to add your friends to the allow list. See here - http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=adding_friends_to_your_allow_list

ok sound good but i am not wanting too get into a game im just wanting too go in a party and the natnype fails when i have my vpn on

You'll still need to add them for party chat otherwise you'll be blocking them. It's also likely the VPN may not have the required ports open for an open NAT.
