Click "Reset distribution" under device prioritisation on the congestion control page. I sent my cable supervisor my ping graphs. I don't think he's going to do anything for me. Mr fncypants Posted July 7, 2016 Author Share Posted July 7, 2016 So I had gotten ahold of a friend for the cable company. They monitored my internet for the weekend and found problems. The modem works on 8 frequencies and 7 of the 8 were working correctly. The other was transmitting wrong information. The congestion on there line peaked at 58%. He did some tweaking and installed a new modem that works of 12 frequencies. So I'm at work but can't wait to get home to test it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Make note of that, it's a rarity around here with reports from interactions with cable companies...LOL Looking forward to hearing your results - but suffice to say I'll have my fingers crossed for you.
