J_ee_ns
Since i have the netduma i'm having troubles with my upload speed. It worked fine for a day or 2 and then my upload speed dropped to 0.05mbs. I did a factory reset and everything was fine again. A couple of days later same story. Did a factory reset and again everything was fine. But now the factory reset isnt helping anymore. It stays at 0.05mbs. My providers modem is working fine, cause when i speedtest from there i get max speeds. So atm i cant use my netduma:-( Edit: after about 6 factory resets its working again. But its really annoying it does that.
PharmDawgg
Since you have it working properly go to settings>miscellaneous and select 'Enable cookies' and then select 'Reboot Router' which is on that same page. The router should hold your settings.
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted June 21, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted June 21, 2016 Hey, make sure you have the router set up for your speeds. Put them into bandwidth settings and allow the router to auto setup for you. Then depending on your speeds double check these settings to ensure full speed: Preemptive (if under 60mbps)/Reactive Algorithm (if over 60mbps) 100% anti-flood Share excess enabled Reset device prioritisation & apply Disable IPv6 in WAN, LAN & misc Disable deep packet in misc Enable turbo mode (if over 120mbps) Enable super turbo mode (if over 300mbps) Ensure the ethernet cables you're using connecting the R1 to hub & R1 to PC are Cat5e+/can handle your speeds and try alternative cables. Do a wired speed test from a PC, try other devices/speed test servers as well Let us know how it goes after that
