Timmy2turnt Posted June 14, 2016 Share Posted June 14, 2016 I have my ps4 connected via Ethernet cable to my R1 it was work well for a few days until one day it kicked me and now I am unable to connect via lan connection but I am able to connect through wifi it gives me nw-31456-9 error codes I've tried restates and things of that nature and I'm not sure what else to do Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So this looks to be a specific issue with connecting via PS4 to the duma via ethernet, correct? Do other wired devices connect okay? Put the R1 in the DMZ of your ISP hub and then try again.
