Hey, welcome to the forum!

To get started, put your speeds into bandwidth settings and allow it to auto update. Then try one of the CoD profiles, this will setup everything to play the game. Ensure you're using the Xbox Live Geo-filter service for your PC.

I do not understand the band's why I set 65MB to download and 18 upload but when I do the speedtest in download the result is 18mb and upload speed remains at around 15-16 mb also setting the 100% and as if my line he had a cap

Please try the following:

  • Reactive Algorithm
  • 100% anti-flood
  • Share excess enabled
  • Reset device prioritisation & apply
  • Disable IPv6 in WAN, LAN & misc
  • Disable deep packet in misc
  • Do a wired speed test from a PC

There is no specific profile for PC CoD. However, you can use any of the CoD profiles. Just make sure on the Geo-filter/Hyper traffic that you choose PC as the device and Xbox Live as the service. We can't force you to become host.
