Tp link 1200 paired with netduma r1

Having issues connect with router to netduma. My wires seem fine but netduma keeps on saying Internet connection issues.

Have you turned them both off before setting up, then turning the TP link on waiting for it to fully boot and make connection then booting the Netduma so DHCP can hand out the IP correctly?
