Wanna refund

Hello NETDUMA I brought the router couple of weeks ago and I'm not satified the product

 

1. I can only use my 100mbps Internet only 30mbps

 

2. the lan3 port is broken

 

Can I refund your product?

You'll have to wait for Fraser for information about a refund.

 

How do you know the third port is broken? Have you tested it with different devices and Ethernet cables? Have you followed this guide to get your full speeds? Are you on the latest version (1.03.6)?

Hey, welcome to the forum!

 

I replied to you on Facebook with essentially what Crossy said as well, if you can answer those questions/follow the advice that will help.
