I'd like to figure out how to refund on the netduma. I am sure it benefits alot of people but it's main feature does not benefit me whatsoever. As the closest dedicated server is 3000 km away over water, i always got connected to the server without geo filter on. I have enough bandwidth that it never lags regardless. Wish I knew that it wouldnt benefit me before i purchased. The router is brand new and barely used as i had to keep starting up my computer to do anything with it. Great product for the right people, but those people are not the ones for newfoundland. Would love guidance on this, thank you.

Hi there - Best bet is to talk with Fraser from Netduma.  I believe he is the only one active on the forum who can speak to such things.  Currently it is the middle of the night there where they live, but I suspect by this time tomorrow, there will be a response here from him.

Hey, as said in your previous thread you can try to force P2P with the Geo-filter.

How do you know you always got connected to that server without the router?

Bandwidth won't affect whether you lag or not. That's to do with ping.

You don't need to keep going on the interface to have it work, you can set and forget.

The congestion control will help prevent any lag you may get from people in your home - if you have all devices connected to the duma that is.

You can contact the above email if you are within 14 days of having the router but I feel that you be under selling the value the duma will bring you.
