Diagnostics test and download speeds much lower. Please help!

Thanks for looking at it for me Z,

 

No downloading or viewing of other pages happened during the test but come to think of it my wife may have been using her ipad downstairs for general browsing of newspaper trash sites 

 

Are you saying I should test again ensuring that nothing, no browsing is taking place at all?

Yes nothing running but ping plotter at peak time tonight I would say 8 pm on wards.

 

Opening of websites will skew the test, that is why I keep saying, while not using the net

I've re-run pingplotter tonight - once at 8:06pm to 8.8.8.8. for 10 mins then again at 8:17pm to bbc.co.uk for 10 minutes and this is what I got.

You are avg around 14ms with little spikes that should be fine mate.

Thanks Z. Is the jitter ok too? I was a bit concerned as on both tests they were in red.

They are routers that do not respond to pings.
