SKiTzOxMAC
So i just installed the R1 like it said on the paper and only hardwired the R1 to my modem and two wires from the R1 to my desktop and Xbox1 but it's saying it's an unidentified network and wont connect to the internet. What am i doing wrong? Even tried the address to log in the router from my browser but nothing is working.
Guest Netduma Luke
It sounds like your computer may have a firewall or similar blocking your connection. Can you try connecting to the router using another device e.g. phone / your Xbox so we can isolate where the blockage is.

Zennon
Hi, check the firewall rules in Kaspersky it sounds like it has auto blocked, it should have gave you a pop up asking you if you wish to allow or deny. Guest Netduma_Iain
Ok to keep things simple I would recommend doing this.  Go to host filtering page. Set your ping assist to 110ms. Make sure strict mode is enabled. At the top of the page "select service" and choose your xbox/playstation click "Next" then choose "Xbox live PA/Playstation network PA" and click done Then click on the house then click on Hawaii Then set your distance to 3035km  This is an old picture, but the distance circle should look something like this for you:
SKiTzOxMAC
When i go to select device it only shows my dgl-5500 dlink router.
SKiTzOxMAC
When i try to hardwire it from the isphub to R1 to xbox one it logs my xb1 offline but if i wire it from isphub to R1 to dlink and through dlink it goes online but wont show on R1 page. Guest Netduma_Iain
I would recommend doing  Wall <-> modem <-> r1 <-> all other devices  Unless you have a reason for doing so. Make sure the xbox has automatic iP settings as well.
