rhyswxm Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 Purchased the netduma r1 on tuesday, and i have tried to connect it to my bt openreach modem, however when i do it wont connect to internet? However if i connect my old router (bt home hub) to the modem, and run the netduma through that router i can connect to the internet? can anyone help me run the netduma direct please? thanks
bagsta69 Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 Have you inputted the BT user name and password details into the wan section of the R1 (Settings in left column, then WAN) What version of the software are you running? (will be shown at the bottom of the user interface page)
