When setting up the geo filter I keep getting a warning message, " please make sure no devices are VPN,d and that your firewall isn't blocking the ping result. MAC_8X Posted March 24, 2016 Share Posted March 24, 2016 Make sure your duma is in the dmz of yout isp router . Enable upnp at the duma .(At misc settings and upnp settings). My virgin super hub 2 ac is in modem mode so does not allow me to go into advanced settings to select firewall settings. Is there any other way to disable firewall as I'm still getting the error.
