When setting up the geo filter I keep getting a warning message, " please make sure no devices are VPN,d and that your firewall isn't blocking the ping result. Please help I'm not the most technically gifted and what to get the best from the product.
MAC_8X Posted March 24, 2016 Posted March 24, 2016 Make sure your duma is in the dmz of yout isp router . Enable upnp at the duma .(At misc settings and upnp settings). Vpn is not akive ,this is okay . Sry for the english ,hope you know what i mean.

Disable any ad block you may have on your browser and that you disable the Firewall on your PC or at least allow anything from the R1.

My virgin super hub 2 ac is in modem mode so does not allow me to go into advanced settings to select firewall settings. Is there any other way to disable firewall as I'm still getting the error.
