What is the name of the device? Does it require port forwarding? Was there anything set up on your old router specifically for it?

The device called max digital xp1000 (cloud ibox ii)

I don't remember that i did any settings to the old router (i think no)

But i don't know for port forwarding

Is there a certain error message you get? Is it just that is does't connect to the internet?

It's telling me connect to the Internet ok..

But its not showing any channel

Is there an internet test that you can run and then post a pic of the results? Or a detail page of the connection? :)

Of the device?

Yes :) - Like there is the PS4 network test, is there one for your device that you could run?

Its noy allow me

So you mean there isn't a test or it doesn't let you do it? If it doesn't let you do it, what is the error message?

Also when i click the green button for test i get this emblem at the top right corner

Is there a device in the device manager with the IP Address of 192.168.88.254?

It has 192.168.88.245 and its the iptv

But not 192.168.88.254

So it is showing up int he device manager? Could you manually enter the IP address details?

The pic said that DCHP was enabled? Try setting it to disabled and you might be able to manually enter the details - not sure if this will work though  :)

You seem to have 2 network interfaces have you tried using only interface 1 and disabling the other.

You may also want to add a second DNS server manually, I'd suggest 8.8.8.8
