kablamington
I have recently moved and now have a new internet provider, when i went to use the netduma router it will not let me connect now. Every time i put in the code it just says can not connect. I have other devices that are connected to it but my computer will not connect now. What am i doing wrong? Any advice? PharmDawgg
Try netdumar1. It is the default password.

PharmDawgg
And this is thru wifi or wired?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 22, 2016 Administrators Share Posted March 22, 2016 Welcome to the forum! It should be the same wifi password as it was before (if you changed it). Otherwise connect via ethernet and change the password manually.
kablamington
Before we moved i had it wired to the computer but once we got here it has been wi-fi. I just found a longer cable and hooked it up, it still wont let me connect to the netduma router but i can now access the host filtering page where as before it would just say not available. I did try to connect via ethernet but it does'nt even show up in the list so im not sure what is going on with this thing, but like i said i can now use the host filtering paige so as long as that is working im happy. Thank you for the help! hopefully i wont have any more issues in the future.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 23, 2016 Administrators Share Posted March 23, 2016 Make sure you are using Chrome/Firefox and see if it appears. Ensure your device is trying to connect via automatic network settings http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=how_do_i_set_an_automatic_static_ip
