lag by having too many videoclips?

my connection is perfect 50 download speed/3 upload    22 ms 

does anybody know whether having almost like 144  (15 minutes videoclips) on my ps4 console makes gameplay a little bit slow? 

if yes then i'm gonna need to transfer to my usb ass soon as possible

im no expert but any phone computer tablet etc etc will run slow and laggy with a full memory

A common misconception, as long as there is 15% hard drive space for swap files and temp then your all good on any device.
