hitnstrk21 Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 I have had the Netduma for a couple weeks and it was working find. Today i turned of my ps4 to play BO3 and its not doing anything but continuing to circle around my location. I have tried troubleshooting it with no luck. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted February 14, 2016 Netduma Staff Posted February 14, 2016 Could you try re-adding the device to the GeoFilter? Have you recently changed how the PS4 is connected (between ethernet and wifi).
hitnstrk21 Posted February 14, 2016 Author Posted February 14, 2016 How do I go about deleting it and re-adding? I was going to try a reboot but read that I should do that only after speaking with Netduma. I am currently waiting to get a response to begin my upgrade. Is this typical the have to wait to speak to someone before you do anything with this router?

Just select a different device then go back and select the console again.
hitnstrk21 Posted February 15, 2016 Author Posted February 15, 2016 No, I have a wired connection and have not changed any settings. I also re-added my ps4 and it is still not locating any servers.

I also re-added my ps4 and it is still not locating any servers. Please follow this guide and see if that resolves it http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=why_can_t_i_see_anything_on_the_geofilter
hitnstrk21 Posted February 16, 2016 Author Posted February 16, 2016 I unplugged the router and my modem and reset my ps4 to default and reconnected everything and it is now working again.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 17, 2016 Administrators Posted February 17, 2016 Great, as this has been resolved I'll now close this thread. Please feel free to open another if you have any other questions/issues.
