WiFi or ethernet?
It means the device is dormant I assume

Could be a possible issue with an ethernet cable
As long as it doesn't affect the device , it's not really something to be concerned about

 

Are you able to remove the xbox when the red line is gone?
You shouldn't be able too as long as the xbox is connected

I have this aswell, not sure if it was a problem that arose with the new update or something but just check the devices that don't have the line going to them and see if they're getting the internet. Like asentrix said, it's not too big a deal if the devices are getting the connection

Im connected with cable not Wifi. Its not effecting my connection but it only happens with the Xbox One, to the Computer that never happens. Ok then Its a Bug. Thanks guys for the replay
