profiles not allowing me to select them

when i go to profiles to switch anything it wont allow me too?

just load one and sometimes I can't get it to go off general gaming doesn't select anything else no matter what I do and also having issues with halo 5 profile when it does work keep getting booted back to lobby saying i have been disc and back on local lan. something like that

I see you've made a separate thread for the Halo 5 profile issue so I will answer that there.

 

What happens when you click the drop down box on load profile and try to choose something else? The menu just disappears and it's stayed on General gaming?

its showing its staying on general gaming and I haven't hit load profile just trying to click say for instance bo3 ultimate and it won't let me all the time sometimes it does

Try to select a profile by using the keyboard and see if that helps
