kesonenj
I'm curious as to why I'm not getting my full mbps say to my pc while connected to r1's wifi. I believe congestion control might be slowing me down so was curious. Also could I connect the r1 to a previous router I had so I can connect the devices I dont want congestion controlled and connect my xbox one and devices I want controlled to the r1? How would I do that, just serially?
PharmDawgg
Setting Congestion Control @ 100% basically disables it. If you do not want certain devices to be controlled by the R1 then your setup needs to be something like this: Modem>Another Router of Choice>Netduma(in the DMZ of previous router ). Therefore you devices that you do not want connected to the R1 will be connected to the Router of Choice and the devices that you do want controlled by the R1 will be connected to the R1.
