new today need help

I have set my new router up and found I could not upload any profiles ( eg cod ultimate) as when i try it says states unable to connect to the cloud contact forums here 

Also my connection is reduced from  7dl/1up mb to 3dl/1up (talk talk connection i get fibre next week) . I really don't know where to start please can somebody help.

Are you running the latest firmware...version 1.03.6 ?

 

Do you have UPNP ticked for the port forwarding issue ?

 

Just throwing out ideas for you to try if you already haven't

it came with latest firmware installed and iv just check my UPNP was ticked thanks for any ideas much appreciated ,  I am sure there is a underlying problem seems very slow

When your running speed tests make sure your sliders are at 100 % only bump them down when gaming.

 

And are you running on reactive or preemptive ?

Have you tried UNTICKING and then RETICKING the two cloud settings?  This has proven to be effective for some.

my connection seems to be fine now had some great games of black ops 3 too. the only issue I have is when trying to load a profile it says it cant connect to cloud contact forums and when I change the two suggested tick boxes for the cloud I also get the same message, does everyone have this issue or is it just me and can it be resolved ?

Hey, glad to see your speed issue has been resolved. For the cloud, there may have been an issue connecting so try again later. As you had some great games that is really good!
