Dillinger
As the lead 3arc fanboy around these parts in the early days I take all the necessary flak from my large friend Fuzzy Clam on “making” him order and play Black Ops 3. We never talk about how he bullied me into buying a PS4, just so I could hear him laugh at my rage. It’s not been an easy road, but I have been trying to remain positive and hopeful. *sad panda* That said, I am a realist. Right now the game is playing better on my side, but the Activision side is still fucked up six ways from Sunday. My hit detection has gotten slightly better of late, but the community has gotten much worse and I feel as if this is not the genre I want in my Call of Duty. #bootsontheground It was trending at one point, but I still kind of feel like the game needs to return to more core play style and use some of those big brains they have working on wall running and boost sliding to change focus and work on weapon balance and eliminating invincibility frames due to sliding, using a launcher or equipping a Specialist. And let’s not even get started on the entire army they must have designing, approving and coding DLC content. Smh Black Ops 1: Annihilation has been spotted in the Xbox store in Italy. This has led to rampant speculation that the game is very close to dropping on XB1’s remastered games list. With MSFT recently announcing they will no longer be doing “staged” roll outs of several new games, but rolling them out “as available”, the small ember of hope has grown into a much larger wildfire across forums and Twitter. I am honestly planning on ordering the full game, DLC and all, as soon as it becomes available. I am going to try and grind that game out for a while and give BO3 a chance to get another 50-80 more patches in before I continue my progression. Black Ops 3 seems to be inconsistent enough, for me, that it’s time to re-evaluate my commitment to it. I am fine with the Black Market, and I am even fine with new weapons dropping and people buying them with CP. I could do the same thing, and probably would, but my enjoyment of the game just isn’t at a level where I “want” to play it as opposed to playing it because it’s a new version of a habit formed game I enjoy. Thus I am now recruiting for Black Ops 1. There will be no clans, no weekly mandatory meetings and no code of conduct. You don't have to have a YT channel, or a desire to grow one. I won’t be playing S-n-D with a group and trying to qualify for throw-back tournaments (speculation already brewing). You just will be asked to play it and discuss. Let's get some tips and tricks going, some settings we find beneficial, and most of all let's get some Chopper Gunners whirling up and let some fucking dogs loose!! I just want to play more of a traditional Call of Duty that isn’t hacked to shit, maybe with a few of the #DumaArmy and have some stinking fun again. Who’s with me??? *insert war cry here*
fuzzy clam
I've been saying that ever since AW came out.Let's play some BO1 with some guys from here but people aren't allowed to yell at me all the time... I would love to just play and have fun but that hasn't happened since Ghosts for me,so I'm with you JD.But you know we'll still be grinding together on BO3 for awhile... Dillinger
Right now all internet chatter is leaning towards late Feb, early march release. I haven't read anything definitive, but speculation has increased ten fold since the DLC hit the Italian site and MSFT announced they were doing releases "as they become ready". Here's hoping! Thanks for posting!! If that is the case, they only have a couple of more work days to finalize testing and push out to the public. This would be amazing right now with all the DLC drama on the PS4. If they do the same thing to the XB1 next week, bundle the DLC with a game patch, I can see a lot of people wanting to explore other options. A remastered BO1 would suit me just fine for a few months until all the changes and balancing gets worked out on BO3.
nffcbaz72
I'm already exploring other options, hate bops3 now, tried destiny and battlefront, don't like them either. Loved bops1, so can't wait.

If they offer respawn type modes that don't suck, I could get on board with that as Clancy has some pretty good games.
