Security Problems

Hello dear Netduma,

i have a weird problem. I have 2 Programs installed.

Avira Free Antivir

Iobit Adv Systemcare 9.1 PRO (with CD key)

I reinstalled 2x my windows 10 pro 64bit because i had problems with "tradeadexchange.com virus". It opens tons of ads, you klick once it opens 4 ads.
How can it be that i reinstalled windows10 and didnt login into gmail, google accounts or what ever. I made a clear installation without connection to the netduma router.

Now the funny part, i reset the netduma router with my dads laptop (mac), now i connect my PC with my phone and uswd LTE/4G aka Mobile Internet and everything was fine. Then i plug the cable into my PC and it connected to the netduma router. I saw tradeadexchange.com again.

Could i get any help because when i connect to the netduma router everything has the tradeadexchange virus.
Everything = 3 Laptops, my phone + 3 phones from my parents + 2 gaming PCs.

@Edit

i will try with a laptop that never was connected to my router. I hope.. i just hope. Is it possible that a website is infected?

@Edit

This is only on specific websites not on all. I'm confused.

Get rid of avira and download either eset , bitdefender or kaspersky

Also , download adwcleaner and run it , see if it finds anything - https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/

Last but not least , download malwarebytes and run it , it should find any malware - https://www.malwarebytes.org/

iobit software is rouge in my book and I wouldn't touch any software by them.

Avira is a good scanner but its heuristics and 0day are not good at all.

How did you install Windows 10 from the desktop?

From "bios". Boot from CD :)

I dont know what does "rouge" mean, i'm not amercian, i learn english myself from playing games and talking to others.

So im 99% sure it isn't a router.

I had somewhere back in my head i info that i somehow remember. I was reading a post where someone said that my MODEM (not router, im using a modem + router) has some "security problems" and that it's easy to hack.

So it isn't the netdumas fault. But even with reinstalling or anything else it doesn't work this virus is somewhere.. the only thing that wasnt reset is this fkin modem. Could a reset "kill" this virus?

Right i have read up on this and it can be a redirect in your ISP modem/router as-well as a high jack in the browser.

I would reset you modem/routers back to factory uninstall any addons from the browser reset the homepage and start page, run ADW cleaner, JRT malwarebytes and hitman pro.

If you like after you have reset the modem routers I can run the cleaners from team viewer?

Why run on team viewer i know how to open a programm lel i'm writing also websites O.o

Is it possible to connect my routers like this:

Modem > Dlink DIR868L Router > N-R1 > my gaming PC?

ANd everyone else would be connected to the dlink router.

I'm asking because my mom and my dad says that the internet is to slow for them :( so they are currently using the Dlink router but i need hosts filter :(
