xdeerizx Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 I have an xbox one connected to my Nighthawk router and the R1 in between. My blufferboat the the QOS in the nighthawk is A+ across the board and don't experience any buffer lag until I put the R1 to use and for some reason after testing bufferbloat is re introduced. How can I avoid using the congestion controls and only the geo location and ping assist from the R1?
PharmDawgg Posted February 3, 2016 Posted February 3, 2016 There is no way to turn congestion control on or off. You can decrease the congestion controls until you obtain an A for bufferbloat is the only current option. I do know also if you use super turbo mode it disables congestion control. Hope this helps.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 3, 2016 Administrators Posted February 3, 2016 If you put congestion control to 100%, reactive/preemptive according to your speeds, with share excess on and device prio reset that is as good as turning it off as it's just running full throughput with nothing affecting the connection
