Ive noticed that my connection is actually better with the geo location off, even when i set my filter to a very small radius. Any idea why?

Ping pars in the game mean very little and are not accurate at all. Use the Netduma ping graph to see what your ping is to the host. Compare this to when you have the GeoFilter off and I think you will see that the ping to the host are a lot lower when you have the GeoFilter enabled :)

Hey SoCal, thanks for purchasing and I'll be happy to help!

Actually setting your Geo-filter very small will actually be counter productive as depending on your location this can restrict the amount of games available considerably.

I would recommend that you also upgrade to the latest version we have available if you haven't already, this will also help to improve your experience. You can follow the instructions here http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=manual_update

You can then follow instructions here that will help you get the most out of the Geo-filter http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=user_manual

Hope this helps :)

can you do a "internet diagnosis" test in the R1 interface?

do the test and then click on more informations

maybe its your connection having a high packet loss or general high ping
