Alan S
Apologies for starting a new topic but I've been through the wikis and also gone through my settings step by step with two friends who are not having the same problems as myself. Running the latest firmware connected to a BT Home Hub 5 with the Netduma wired as DMZ on the BT interface. I have two friends who I can't talk to in PSN party chat unless there is a third party hosting the party. The same players also have no voice chat and "NAT issues" while playing Destiny on PS4. Also while playing that game if I'm on team with those friends we often red bar and get kicked, some times we can't even join a team together without going into an activity. They don't suffer same issues with other friends who use a NetDuma and wonder where its going wrong? If I'm playing solo with NetDuma geofilter active I have had great experiences since the last update. But ever since getting the NetDuma in November I've had persistent issues with two fellow UK players. Perhaps could give me a check list to go through and if persists find a time to go through my settings as its becoming a bit frustrating. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 11, 2016 Administrators Share Posted January 11, 2016 Have you added all of them to your allow list? Do you have an open NAT yourself?
Weazy Fabreazy
I've had my Netduma for just over a week now, however.....last night was the very first time that I ran into party chat issues on the PS4. I would receive the same NAT error warning as the OP mentioned above......even when trying to join a party chat that consisted only of individuals that I had already whitelisted several days prior. I have my Netduma placed in the DMZ of my ISP gateway and have had an open NAT type every time that I've logged into my ps4. The only way I was able to communicate via party chat was if I disabled Geo-Filter and rebooted router through misc. settings.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 12, 2016 Administrators Share Posted January 12, 2016 Perhaps there is a chat server we need to add, could you see anything being blocked when that error occurred?

Alan S
A question - my NetDuma is placed in the DMZ of my BT HomeHub 5. The settings on the BT device all match exactly what the guide suggests. Should I have enabled a static WAN IP?

Can you please make a separate post for your issue please. Quick points to note, do you have open NAT as well as your friends? Do you have them in your allow list?
