cranium2001
http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Arris/TG1682G/Xbox_One.htm Try this one first. It's the 1682, probably a newer version of yours. I would do this and test without the duma hooked up. If you do test it that way make sure you reboot everything. If there's an option to give your system a mac address reservation do that too. It will ensure that it doesn't change and keep you open.

cranium2001
Even without the Duma? You could call xbox support and allow them to look at your Arris. They'll even remotely go in and adjust it. 18004699269
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted December 30, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted December 30, 2015 It seams like an issue with the ISP router not forwarding the ports. Do you have another router you can try?

cranium2001
Modem-router-netduma-system hooked up in this order? If so go to the device manager and follow the instructions from there. Click the blue box.

You also have to make 100% sure the wan ip is exactly what it says in the blue box after you enter it for dmz. It can change.

cranium2001
Did you reboot everything? What a pain in the ass. I know the feeling. Another option might be to see if you can get Crossy to remotely dig in. Or see if the modem can be swapped for a newer one.

Yeah I rebooted everything when I did this and Crossy already tried doing this stuff on his end. At this point I might as well get a new modem. It's doable but what a road to follow. I think if you go above a certain level of service you have to take a certain modem/router combo. I ended up putting my duma first and my nighthawk out of port one because I get having conflicts. I even downgraded my service because of that arris. It was conflict after conflict. Now I have a ubee modem only and zero trouble.
Keemyfbaby
Have you tried port forwarding the specific ports for BOPS3?
