Try this one first. It's the 1682, probably a newer version of yours. I would do this and test without the duma hooked up. If you do test it that way make sure you reboot everything. If there's an option to give your system a mac address reservation do that too. It will ensure that it doesn't change and keep you open.

I tried this and it still did not work

Sorry again. I meant to say when I'm connected to the modem/router I get an open NAT. When I'm connected to the Duma I have a moderate NAT

Would you be able to try ticking 'UPnP forwarding' in Settings >> Miscellaneous and see if that helps :)

I've already tried putting it into the DMZ. It did not work

Did you turn of port forwarding and upnp on your Arris? You also have to make 100% sure the wan ip is exactly what it says in the blue box after you enter it for dmz. It can change.

I turned off upnp and port fowarding on the arris and I entered the WAN IP correctly and my NAT is still moderate

Did you reboot everything? What a pain in the ass. I know the feeling. Another option might be to see if you can get Crossy to remotely dig in. Or see if the modem can be swapped for a newer one.

Yeah I rebooted everything when I did this and Crossy already tried doing this stuff on his end. At this point I might as well get a new modem.

If you're Time Warner they should swap it. I think a lot of the problem is trying to bridge it. The Arris ones seem to be a pain in the ass. It's doable but what a road to follow. I think if you go above a certain level of service you have to take a certain modem/router combo.

I ended up putting my duma first and my nighthawk out of port one because I get having conflicts. I even downgraded my service because of that arris. It was conflict after conflict. Now I have a ubee modem only and zero trouble.
