WampaFett
Hello! In the attached photos, there are two devices at the bottom ("Owner-PC" and "iPhone-4") that I cannot identify. They do not belong to me or anyone in the house. The only thing I can conclude is they belong to someone that visited here but have since left. Or the network has been compromised? Either way, when I try and delete them, I get the error message as seen in the screenshot. Why am I not allowed to delete devices off of my own network? And is there a workaround I can use that doesn't involve factory resetting the R1? Thanks and happy holidays, WampaFett

Administrators Netduma Iain Posted December 26, 2015 Administrators Share Posted December 26, 2015 Hi Zero, If that is the case that means they are still connected to your network. Your best bet is to block them and figure out what stops working to identify them.

fuzzy clam
Yeah I should have said the devices need to be disconnected from your network.
