NEXTGEN NEMESIS Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 I've blocked that rubbish Irish server out and when I boot the game up it shows these other 3 closest servers but I can NEVER get a game on them, I either get nothing or P2P and I know it's P2P because it doesn't show the e at the end of the numbers on the top right of the screen when in a lobby or when you press start, is anyone else having this problem? I've had it since I got the Duma, pics below will show the 3 servers and that I can't get on to them and getting P2P lobbies, I've got my setting how everyone has told me in recent posts also, cheers. the servers

Must be something I'm missing surely, my home location is Worcester West Midlands but when I cover Ireland it always connects to the but if I exclude it like in my pic I can't get on a server, What update are you using mate? I haven't got that thumbs down sign on mine and are your miscellaneous setting the same as mine? Sorry to be a pain matey lol
Urge Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 what system are you on Gardner? Xbox and Playstation use different servers. I'm assuming that you're on Xbox since you blocked the Irish server. That is one of the two closest dedi's to you (if on the xbox). The only other microsoft dedicated server in Europe is in the Netherlands.

Well I never knew that lol so basically we have limited servers compared to the PlayStation version? So it either the Irish one or Netherlands one then, I'll see how it plays on that then, thanks for letting me know, God I bet it plays really well on the PlayStation then with all the other servers
Urge Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 Those used to be for the Xbox. All of the servers used to be the same for both systems but at some point in time it switched to the Microsoft Azure servers on their side during the latter part of AW. Probably cheaper for Activision to use Microsofts own servers instead of run their own. Sony doesn't have a structure like that set up so it'll probably stay the same on their side.
