Unfortunately, i was unable to connect the extender after the firmware update. I tried a few times just in case WPS was being wonky. I currently don't have a third router to test with. I'm not sure if its 6 GHz compatible only and that's the issue.

Yes thats what ive been trying to use. They just wont connect for some reason. The WPS light does flash on both, i read in some other forums that its not accurate sometimes, but i did try multiple times.

Has the WPS option worked for anyone in this update? i cannot connect my google fiber extender, unless netduma is just not compatible with it.

hey Greg, yes I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I also did try again deleting the app from iPhone storage and checked my iCloud backup but didn’t see it being backed up or any remnants of the app in there. Also deleted and rebooted the device as well and no joy

Thanks! No, I'm not in any beta or preview versions of IOS. I always just thought the app was broken for everyone and i just had to be accessed through the browser. Thanks for looking into it.

i uploaded the new firmware and it cant load minimum requirements. Did do a hard reset but still wont load. Was going to do a factory reset, but cannot load the interface. Does instantly connect after a full reboot, and ill test the rest mode connectivity issues once i get a factory reset done. logs.txt

will test and report back. Is it still best practice to factory reset the router after the upload? Looks like that was a thing for the R2. Thanks!

I'm saying i step away for some period of time (say an hour). Come back and it kicks me out of everything because it disconnected me from the internet while asleep on wired devices. Similar on PS5 - I boot it up and it says no internet connection for 10-15 seconds and then reconnects. Often times it wont download update files in rest mode since it loses internet.

Nothing to do with it showing in device manager. Sorry i wasnt clear. When i first boot up my PC from Sleep or PS5 it doesnt get instant internet connection and takes like 15 seconds to connect.

Is there any fix to this? It is still doing it on PS5 and my main PC that are both on wired connection. It is actually very inconvenient because it disconnects from the internet throwing me out of work when i work from home.

So I played on this the other day. It works as a VPN for the device which is def nice. I did notice some lag in some lobbies. Are you geofencing anywhere when using this? Similar to how NoSBMM vpn works. Or are you just straight up using it as a vpn?

I have it set for only those ports to filter through the hybrid-vpn, is that what you meant? I was able to integrate with IPVanish, you have to put the config in the text box and then under it use <ca> -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- (Your certificate) -----END CERTIFICATE----- </ca> Not sure if thats whats holding you up, but i got it to work using that method.

Shouldn't i show that in game though when u go to the connection setting and look at your location? Shouldn't have to use the browser. I know this works for other VPNs.

I'm asking if anyone has gotten the hybrid VPN feature to work with console in general. If i select all activities on my PlayStation under the hybrid VPN settings, it just endlessly searches for a match (have tried different servers/locations). If i try to just select a specific activity (Call of duty Series), it wont even search for a match and just says "Cannot connect to a data center". I know VPN services such as SBMMOFF will VPN just your Call of duty traffic to keep the connection a bit better. The mention of geo-fence was really just me stating i tried it with and without that feature active.

Has anyone been able to get the Hybrid VPN feature to work on console, specifically with the specific features active? I am able to get the VPN connected, but when it searches for a match it just says it cannot connect to a data center. I can see it is VPNing my traffic when i look at my location in the COD settings. This is only when selecting all activities though. Ideally, id just want COD under the activities option to work for a better connection experience. Not sure if i need to keep changing locations. This is through IPVanish using open VPN. I tried with the geo-fence on and off and re-synced cloud. Have restarted the console and game multiple times.
