I'm asking if anyone has gotten the hybrid VPN feature to work with console in general. If i select all activities on my PlayStation under the hybrid VPN settings, it just endlessly searches for a match (have tried different servers/locations). If i try to just select a specific activity (Call of duty Series), it wont even search for a match and just says "Cannot connect to a data center". I know VPN services such as SBMMOFF will VPN just your Call of duty traffic to keep the connection a bit better. The mention of geo-fence was really just me stating i tried it with and without that feature active.

Has anyone been able to get the Hybrid VPN feature to work on console, specifically with the specific features active? I am able to get the VPN connected, but when it searches for a match it just says it cannot connect to a data center. I can see it is VPNing my traffic when i look at my location in the COD settings. This is only when selecting all activities though. Ideally, id just want COD under the activities option to work for a better connection experience. Not sure if i need to keep changing locations. This is through IPVanish using open VPN. I tried with the geo-fence on and off and re-synced cloud. Have restarted the console and game multiple times.

NBA 2k25 - Have geolocation around North East and it places me in Amsterdam? Has done this a few times now after reboots. Any Suggestions?

For the main dashboard, is there a way to assign a device to gaming? Or assign a laptop to a work? Those are always at 0s for me regardless of me actively playing an online game or having a work laptop on.

i do not have the geo-filter enabled.

So i shut down the console completely and left for a few days and when i returned i turned it back on to play. It says offline, after maybe 15 seconds it loaded everything as if i was online (similar to how you said) - however i would go over to my friends list and it said i had no friends. Then i went to my profile and it said online status is "unknown". I had to run a connection test to get it to connect. This was from a full shutdown state.

What firmware version are you on currently? DumaOS Version: 4.0.219 App Version: v4.0.71 (I just did a firmware update recently, I don't think this was happening before it) It can take up to 30 seconds to reconnect after being off I will wait next time to see if it comes back online on its own. I haven't noticed it coming back on as of yet, but i may be moving to the settings too quickly. How are you connected exactly to the router? I am wired to the router. Thanks!

Whenever I turn on my PS5 it says it is offline or says online status unknown. I have to go to the settings and run a connection test to get it to connect every time I turn it on. This did not happen with my older router which was just a $80 Linksys one. This is problematic for the time wasted to connect and it also wont download updates to software or games while in rest mode with this. Does anyone know what may be causing this? I have already: Reset the router Turned off the adblocker on the PS5 Reset the PS5 Re-setup the online internet connection on the PS5.
