You know... I tried that not long after posting this and it seemed to allow 700-900Mbps downloads on Steam.

It'll be the speed test server, so just manually enter your expected speeds and then ignore the router speed test results and just go off the third party tests and it won't limit you

I find this statement very daring! I took a look at the website as of 10 December 2023. All technical specifications are fully disclosed here. Directly on the pre-order page. All you had to do was scroll down a bit. And sorry, if you really didn't see that and bought the router blindly, you can't blame anyone for that....

We don't give out any ETAs, the next update will have a lot of fixes that's why its taking longer. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
