I have tried via WiFi and Ethernet and have reset the router twice before attempting again

I am trying to setup the router but after changing the passwords it shows applying authentication and says your connection to the site is not private , I enter the new password and user but doesn’t do anything and won’t let me finish off the setup

Thank you I done that but I think everything is fine as I have recieved a text message regarding schedules delivery for my router but I still don’t understand why I never recieved an email for order confirmation.

I have tried to purchase the net duma r3 using applepay. When trying to complete the transaction it showed an error and I never received no order number no email regarding the order but money has been take out my account. Can any1 help me ?
