fortnite Geo-Filter Does not work in Fortnite

I am on firmware 4.0.41 and I'll try simple mode with geo latency on. -
Just as the title says the geo-filter isnt working for me at all when i play fortnite. I have it set to only connect me to the NA-Central servers in Texas but I always end up connecting to servers in virginia. I've tried setting the matchmaking reigon to auto and NA-Central but neither work. I have also tried simple mode and that doesnt work either. Hopefully there is a fix for this.
