So bufferbloat of A+ is the gold standard and what I should be shooting for right? Would you accept just an "A" ? Also to setup WIFI 6 you need to manually set the 5ghz band to 160MHZ frequency right?

If your bandwidth speeds fluctuate a lot best to set them as the average of what you achieve. Then you can experiment with the Congestion Control settings to fine tune.
