Hello @Chr
Do you happen to have Geo Latency Enabled?
If you do try to disable that and see if that helps!
@Netduma Fraser will be back tomorrow to further assist you if your still having issues..
Thanks!
Zippy.
One of the devs had tried to assist me via AnyDesk. He told me that he doesn't know what can be done to fix this issue. He said he will try replicate it and let me know on how to fix it. The most disappointing answer I've heard coming from spending +200 dollar on a router.

Can I get it as well?

Yeah I would hold off for right now. Geo filter hasn't been working at all for me. So far, I'm not satisfied with this R3 and its the first Netduma product I ever bought. I don't know how the devs didn't run into this issue.

Disregard on what I said about OW2. It has the same issue as well. I put geo filter in a different location to verify, but it was still connecting me to servers outside the filter radius.

The devs would like to organize a remote session to take a look at this issue with you further tomorrow, please follow these instructions:
- Download Anydesk from here: https://anydesk.com/en-gb/downloads/windows
- Ensure you are connected to the R3 and on the router interface and are able to attempt game searches at the same time at the session
- Let us know here when you're ready tomorrow
- Me or dev will ask you to PM them the Anydesk ID at the top of the program
I do have AnyDesk downloaded so I should be ready tomorrow. I live in Central time zone.

I just tested BFV as well. Same situation as BF2042, but the servers I was connected to was within the filter. The game keeps kicking me off from those. Frostbite engine is used for both of those games so it’s possible if it has something to do with that or these frostbite games haven’t been tested on the R3. Still though, geo filter needs fixing.

Okay so I just tried OW2 and it is working as intended while geo latency is off. The ping server doesn't really work though. It doesn't work for BF2042. It continues to attempt to connect me to outside servers, but it kicks me out after because I have that setting turned off.

I tried those things shown on the FAQ but no luck. I’m playing on PC by the way.

I turned off Geo Latency, however BF2042 is still attempting to put me into servers outside of my filtering. Only this time, it kicks me out afterwards because I have that geo latency turned off. Still though, the game shouldn't be attempting to connect me to those servers outside my filter in the first place. It's kind of frustrating

I have played all three games and somehow, it keeps connecting me outside of the Geofilter. Don't know if it's the frostbite in general or something is not working with GeoFilter. On BF2042, it connected to a server in California where it's not even close to the Geofilter. I noticed that there's a server in Columbus which is within the filter so why isn't the game connecting me to that server? There are also times where it doesn't tell me which server I'm connected to at all. I made sure my strict mode is enabled and ping assist is completely off.
