I want to update to the latest frimware but i cant this is what i get. Frazer you told me to reset the router and i did plenty of times but still get this message. What else can i do to get this fixed?

Im getting the samething i cant access the dumaweb browser this is the message i get This site can’t be reached 192.168.77.1 took too long to respond. Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall Running Windows Network Diagnostics ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

i am on the same version v4.0.21 do io have to wait to show up or do i need to upload it from here and where do i go?
